Terms of Service & EULA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GigNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use GigNest. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and GigNest.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

GigNest has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Hate speech, slurs, or content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Threats, harassment, intimidation, or content designed to bully or harm any individual
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Personal information of others shared without their consent (doxxing)
• Spam, fraudulent content, or misinformation
• Content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

GigNest reserves the right to remove any content that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be objectionable or in violation of these terms — without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination with no right to appeal.

3. Zero Tolerance for Abusive Users

Abusive behavior toward other users, whether in posts, comments, ratings, or messages, is strictly prohibited. Abusive behavior includes but is not limited to: personal attacks, harassment campaigns, coordinated efforts to target or intimidate another user, and any behavior designed to make another user feel unsafe.

GigNest takes reports of abusive users seriously. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. Confirmed abusive users will be suspended or permanently banned. We reserve the right to report threatening behavior to law enforcement.

4. Blocking and Reporting

GigNest provides every user with the ability to block other users. When you block a user:

• Their content is immediately removed from your feed
• A report is automatically sent to GigNest administrators for review
• The blocked user cannot interact with your content

You are encouraged to use the block and report features to help keep GigNest safe. False or malicious reports, however, are themselves a violation of these terms.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you post, including posts, ratings, and comments. You grant GigNest a non-exclusive license to display and moderate your content on the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post any content you submit.

6. Customer Ratings

Ratings must be based on genuine delivery experiences. Fabricated, misleading, or malicious ratings are a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension. Ratings are intended to help the driver community — not to harass or defame individuals.

7. Privacy

Your use of GigNest is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Account Termination

GigNest reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, for any violation of these terms — including but not limited to posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior. You may also delete your own account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

GigNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or any consequences resulting from your use of the platform. In no event shall GigNest be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of GigNest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
